New Ideas In Action
After working in this field for the over 35 years, I know what it means to provide exceptional service and deliver outstanding results. I enjoy helping my clients achieve the goals they seek and infuse those goals with best practices while adhering to national standards. Here are three of our recent projects. Please contact us for more information.

This one of a kind project will provide 72 beds for patients with behavioral health treatment needs. We worked with the clients to determine their goals, define their program services, evaluate their current challenges and catch their vision for a therapeutic behavioral health unit. This resulted in a beautiful and efficient design that provides several levels of care and multiple options for treatment activities.
Sonoma County Adult Behavioral Health Unit

Los Angeles, one of the largest county jails in the US, was planning to build nearly 3000 medical and mental health beds to house and provide these necessary services to the patient population. From 2014 to 2017 we worked directly with medical and behavioral health staff to define their population, envision future services, define necessary staff and plan for therapeutic spaces to provide multiple levels of secure quality care.
Los Angeles County Consolidated Treatment Facility

Idaho DOC was involved in a class action lawsuit claiming lack of behavioral health and medical care in their main facility. BEA was the Court-Appointed Mental Health Expert hired to assess all aspects of the behavioral health program, transgender care and addiction services.
